Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
At Craft Setter, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We encourage you to review our policy below to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns on any products sold by Craft Setter. As most of our jewellery is handcrafted and/or customised, all sales are considered final.
Craft Setter is not responsible for issues arising due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, including wrong address, pin code, or contact number.
Order Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be made before the order is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Please note:
- Custom-made and personalised jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable
- Regular listed items (non-custom) may be eligible for exchange only in case of damage, subject to verification
- Refunds are not applicable once the order is processed or shipped
Exchange Policy
Craft Setter offers exchanges only under specific conditions:
- Exchanges are applicable only if you receive a damaged or defective product
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any damage-related exchange
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the product
- The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all packaging intact
Accessories, customised pieces, sale items, and festival-specific products (including rakhis) are not eligible for exchange, except in case of damage.
Courier-Based Exchange
If your exchange request is approved:
- You may send the product to our exchange address using a reliable courier service
- The product must be securely packed to avoid further damage
- Pickup services may be arranged in select pin codes and may be chargeable
Once we receive and verify the product, we will process the exchange. If the same product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative design of equal value.
Defective or Damaged Products
In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp with:
- An unboxing video
- Clear images of the damaged product
- Order details
Upon verification, we will arrange an exchange or suitable resolution.
Important Notes
- Handcrafted jewellery may have slight variations in colour, texture, or finish—these are not considered defects
- Craft Setter reserves the right to accept or reject any exchange request after inspection
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
