Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed and verified, it will be processed and dispatched within 5–8 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 4–5 business days. You can expect your order to reach you within 10–13 business days from the date of purchase. For remote locations such as Jammu & Kashmir and North-East India, delivery may take 5–9 business days after dispatch.

Please note that customised or made-to-order jewellery may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, public holidays, natural calamities, government regulations, or unforeseen logistical issues. Craft Setter shall not be held liable for delays caused by such factors.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message containing the shipping partner’s name and tracking ID. You may track your order using the tracking link provided or through the Track Order section on our website.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
  • A nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout for orders below ₹999

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed before payment.

Shipping Partners

We work with reliable and trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, and other leading courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us.

Customers are requested to ensure that the shipping address, pin code, and contact details provided at checkout are accurate to avoid delivery issues.
